Spent the entire night speaking to one of the best competitors in South Africa. He raised some try valid points and has got me questioning my need to rush and compete this year. He says he knows I want to prove to everyone that I can get on stage - but if I prep for this show, thats all that will happen, I will just get on stage. If I just take the rest of the year to develop my muscle and perfect my diet through trial and error and work with him, I can not only step on stage next season, but I can step on stage and win because of my genetic build. I am so torn between what I want to do. What if I do choose to just focus on perfecting things this year and have patience - how do I tell Greg?

Of course it would be easier to sleep past my alarm and miss my morning workout. I would love to just pick up fast food on the way to class. & you’re damn right if you think I have days that I dont feel like stepping foot in that gym. But I am committed. I am dedicated and driven. Everyday, I wake up with an intention a purpose. And every night, I fall asleep feeling accomplished knowing that I conquered my day!
